A cross-institutional team will employ a mixed-methods approach utilising online surveys, organisational case studies, and secondary analysis of national datasets.
Worker wellbeing survey
What makes our research stand out is that we explore both how employees feel and how organisations respond.
A key strand of our research is a UK-wide wellbeing survey.
This survey is gathering information about the transitions that employers and employees are making as the pandemic continues, and we would be very grateful if you could spare a few minutes to tell us about your own experiences and work preferences.
Please click and complete our survey here:
Please help shape #workafterlockdown
The survey only takes 15 minutes, is anonymous and your participation will really make a difference to our research project. We want to hear from you how it feels to work from home, what changes you have made to your day and how your work is organised.
Who can participate?
Anyone who works in private practice, in-house or works for the Government, including the CPS and the courts. You can be a lawyer or a manager or a member of staff in a non-legal or business support role.
If you work in local government in the UK for a unitary authority, county, district, borough or city council in any role except for fire and rescue, police and schools.
This survey is vital for our research into how work is organised in the future.
